Kestria has in place privacy and security procedures to safeguard our candidates’ personal information as well as any confidential corporate information our clients provide. These procedures are reviewed, and if necessary revised, on a regular basis. Additionally, Kestria employees receive privacy training and must comply with Kestria privacy procedures as a condition of their employment. Each consultant and employee is required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon joining the firm – agreeing to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all information shared within the firm.
Personal information collected by Kestria shall mean information about an identifiable individual that may include information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, financial information, career history, references, education, and other personally identifiable data. Corporate information collected from clients may include organizational structure, revenue, business challenges, and cultural notes. Candidates and clients are advised of each occurrence of information sharing – information is never shared with any party unless agreed by each participant.
