The Board prepared the Kestria Strategy 2030, which will set the alliance’s direction for the next five years. The strategy focuses on maintaining future readiness, continuously monitoring emerging business and talent trends and strengthening Kestria’s position as a trusted global executive search and leadership advisory partner for the clients.
In parallel, Kestria continues to expand its international presence, soon announcing new member firms from selected, strategically significant European markets, while also advancing its growth strategy to further consolidate its position as the world’s largest alliance in executive recruitment and leadership advisory.
The alliance is also developing a diverse program of online and in-person events for its members, focusing on upskilling, professional development, digital transformation and best-practice sharing to drive excellence across its worldwide network.
