Updates were also shared on the alliance's global brand strategy and member learning initiatives, including an overview of the upcoming Kestria Global Survey on New Trends in Executive Search and the Kestria Leadership Barometer, both designed to strengthen data-driven insights and shape the alliance’s vision for the future. Members were encouraged to participate and contribute their perspectives to help refine the global strategic direction.
