2025 Kestria Global Conference in Budapest
Kestria, the world's largest executive search alliance, held its 2025 Global Conference in Budapest, Hungary, from 14th to 16th May 2025. This annual in-person event brought together member firms from six continents to strengthen relationships, explore cross-border opportunities and accelerate collaborative growth.

The theme, "Go Beyond: Connecting Minds, Shaping Success," reflected Kestria’s commitment to fostering innovation, embracing geopolitical shifts and preparing for the future of executive search. Over three days, partners engaged in dynamic sessions including a hands-on Global Pitch Lab, roundtables on AI-driven transformation in executive search and a session on next-gen collaboration focused on global teamwork and innovation.

On the first day of the conference, a compelling keynote on geopolitical disruption and global leadership was delivered by Professor Athanasios Platias, a leading expert in strategic studies from the University of Piraeus. He offered powerful insights into navigating risk, opportunity and power shifts in today’s complex global landscape.
