Vishnu joined Kestria New Zealand (Ichor Leadership Search) as a Researcher in 2012, was promoted to Head of Research in 2017 and became a Director in 2019.
Prior to joining Ichor, Vishnu spent his early career progressing through senior human resource, business development and operational leadership roles at a British multinational bank, with offices in 64 countries and serving 40 million customers. Having lived and worked in six countries across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, Vishnu has a keen interest in people and what drives them to excel. His core area of expertise is identifying top talent across local and international markets.
At Ichor, Vishnu has led and co-led multiple assignments for a range of clients across the public and private sectors. This has included advising Boards, Chief Executives and other C-suite executives.
Vishnu’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (specialising in International Business) from Victoria University of Wellington. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University, New York.
