Rania Abdalla is the Founder and Managing Director of Kestria UAE and Aspire HR Consultants. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Rania has made a significant impact in her field, holding senior managerial roles at PepsiCo in the UK, UAE, and Egypt before establishing her 2 companies. Her work has involved partnering with executives and leaders from hundreds of global and regional organizations to drive success and transformation.
Rania served for eight years as a member of the Executive Board of Kestria, the world’s largest executive search alliance, represented in over 90 cities across six continents.
Rania holds a degree in Economics from the American University(AUC) in Cairo and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School, UK. She also holds HR Diploma as well as Corporate Director Certification Program from the AUC.
Her accomplishments have been widely recognized. Rania was named the “Overall Winner” of the Emirates Business Woman Award, presented by HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum. She was honored among the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Egypt in 2020 and is a recipient of the PepsiCo Chairman’s Award, granted by the company’s CEO in New York. Her other accolades include the Appreciation Award from the UAE National HR Development Authority, the Inclusion Award from PepsiCo’s Regional President, and the Star Award from PepsiCo Headquarters in the US.
