Piotr Mazurkiewicz is the Managing Partner at HRK S.A., responsible for Recruitment Services, Executive Search, as well as the company's Marketing and Public Relations activities. He joined HRK in 2005 and represents the firm within Kestria, a global alliance of Executive Search firms, where he serves as EMEA Practice Leader for Financial Services and Banking.
Piotr brings extensive experience in the financial services sector. Between 1998 and 2001, he held the position of Regional Director at Zurich Insurance Company. He subsequently served as Development & Training Director at Credit Suisse Insurance Company. In early 2005, he joined Zepter International as Training Director, overseeing the organization's training and development initiatives. In January 2013, during a one-year break from HRK, he was appointed Member of the Management Board and Head of Sales & Marketing at AXA Assistance.
He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the WSB Merito University Poznan and has completed postgraduate studies in Project Management MBA from the Polish Open University in cooperation with Oxford Brookes University. Piotr has completed numerous executive education programs and professional courses in Artificial Intelligence, including programs delivered by the University of California Berkeley and EY Academy. He is currently pursuing further executive education at Harvard Business School and has also completed postgraduate studies in Business AI at Kozminski University. Since 2007, Piotr has been a certified Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, supporting leadership development, talent assessment, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
