Juan Pablo is an Organizational Psychologist, with Post Graduate studies in Human Resources and Business Administration. He has been recently certified by Universidad del Pacifico as Human Resources Director at the Strategic Level.
Juan Pablo's successful career includes strategic Human Resources roles in leading companies in diverse industries such as Pharmaceuticals, NGOs, Industrial, Consumer and Banking (Quimica Suiza, Armco, ITT Sheraton, FAO, Edelnor, Banco Mercantil and Lindley Corporation). Before joining the search industry and establishing Kestria Peru (Nugent & Delgado Executive Search), he was Corporate Human Resource Director for Quimica Suiza, the leading pharma distributor in Peru, with responsibilities over 7 countries. He is a founder of a weekly Job Posting newspaper, a certification of CVs in joint venture with SGS and two times President of the Peruvian National Human Resources Board.
