Before joining Kestria, Irena spent over a decade as an Executive Search Consultant at Kestria Czech Republic: Hofirek Consulting. During this time, she honed her skills in identifying and recruiting top managerial talent across various industries. Holding a Master's degree in Personnel Management from the University of Economics and Business in Prague, Czech Republic, Irena combines her academic background with extensive practical experience to drive success for both Kestria and its members.
