As a member of the Kestria Global Office, Irena closely collaborates with the Kestria Executive Board to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving the alliance to new heights. In her role as Global Operations Manager, she oversees back-office operations and manages digital systems, including global websites and intranets. She thrives on bringing people together: whether it’s organizing over 60 international conferences or connecting teams from more than 40 countries.
Irena loves fostering communities, watching them thrive, and sharing best practices that elevate everyone’s success. With a passion for improving everything she does, Irena is always looking for ways to innovate and drive efficiency. She is also enthusiastic about leveraging AI and new technologies to streamline processes and create even more value for Kestria and its members.
During the first decade of her career, Irena also worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Kestria Czech Republic: Hofirek Consulting, recruiting top managerial talent across industries while simultaneously managing global operations. She holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from the University of Economics in Prague, combining academic insights with hands-on experience.
