With more than a decade of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, Eveline brings a deep understanding of what effective leadership requires. Her perspective is grounded in hands-on experience: before moving into consulting, she served as Head of HR, with responsibility for key leadership and organizational priorities.
This first-hand leadership experience shapes her approach today: Eveline sees every appointment as a strategic decision, closely connected to an organization’s strategy, culture, structure and future ambitions.
As Managing Partner at Viavanta, she leads complex executive search mandates and advises companies and leadership teams on questions related to leadership and future readiness. Her focus extends beyond a leader’s track record. She looks at what they can contribute to the future: their ability to navigate change, provide direction, inspire others, and move organizations forward.
Eveline is a certified HR specialist and holds a postgraduate diploma in Leadership & Management, as well as several Certificates of Advanced Studies (CAS) in HR, coaching and Future Thinking. She combines deep HR and leadership expertise with a clear understanding of what organizations need to remain successful and future-ready.
Originally from Bern, Eveline has an international network and now calls Davos home. Whether cross-country skiing, trail running or mountain biking, she finds balance in the mountains of Graubunden. Endurance, focus and a willingness to explore new paths also characterize the way she works with clients and senior leaders.
