Thomas Suter

Thomas Suter is the Managing Partner, co-owner and founder of Viavanta. He has over 12 years of experience in executive search with a strong focus on ICT positions on the management & board level as well as in the management of challenging multiple search projects. Together with Thomas Muhmenthaler, he invented and established the RPI & Multiple Search initiative that underlined Viavanta's unique sales proposition as the recruitment trendsetter in Switzerland.
Before starting his own business by founding Viavanta, he was leading the ICT practice in an executive search company and worked previously as Head of Operations in high-paced In- & Outsourcing environments.
Thomas is married, a father of two kids and holds a degree in business administration.
