Jan has been working in the executive search industry for more than 25 years and has solid experience handling international and national assignments at top and middle management levels.
Jan is Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board at Kestria Finland: Search & Selection - S&S Consulting, one of the leading recruitment companies in Finland. Jan is one of the founding partners of the company. Before S&S Consulting, Jan worked as a recruitment team manager in another search company in Finland for 9 years. Jan holds a Master in Economics from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki.
Kestria Finland is the founding member of Kestria. Jan served as a Member of the Kestria Executive Board from 1993 to 2009 and currently he is the Treasurer of the group.
