After finishing college in “Tourism & Hotel Management”, Franz studied economics and business administration in Vienna, specialising in human resources management. After his graduation in 1990, he spent two years in California as a local agent for Austrian sports wholesalers. Coming back, he established his own business in Austria – a travel and event agency operating globally in sports vacation.
By the end of 2007, Franz was offered to join “aristid Personalberatung” and began in March 2008. When the founder retired, Franz took over the company with his companion Alexander Moser and started with him as Managing Partner in January 2020.
Franz’s principles are based on trust, honesty, and the attempt to deliver with aristid a high-quality service to the clients. His approach in working with them is always considering a long-term perspective of partnership. His customers belong to the chemical industry, automotive, metal, defence, and engineering.
