Philipp Mathieu

Philipp Mathieu is one of three Managing Partners and co-owner of Viavanta. He looks back on almost 25 years of experience in international executive search. Before joining Viavanta, he worked for several established executive search firms in Switzerland.
Philipp is focused on the search for executives at the management and board level in industry, technology, construction, healthcare as well as in the service sector. His profession is also his vocation and he is absolutely passionate about what he does. Partnership, eye level, honesty and direct communication are important to him.
Philipp is married, a father of two teenagers and holds a university degree in economic sociology and computer science supplemented by postgraduate studies in business management.
