Jens has worked for over 30 years in the search and consulting industry, successfully hiring, training, and developing tenured teams of professional consultants who have completed a large number of key executive search assignments in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
He continually provides instruction, develops, manages, and coaches recruiters, hiring managers, human resources teams, and consultants, and advises C-level and board members on strategic and operational talent acquisition, development, and retention issues.
In addition to his leadership position at Performance Talent Consulting International, Jens represents HR Diagnostics AG in the Americas and is a certified senior trainer for The Adler Group’s performance-based recruiting programs.
His prior experience includes a successful career in the manufacturing and consulting industries for firms such as Siemens and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He has an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the Tecnologico de Monterrey, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from the Universidad de Las Americas Puebla, several postgraduate degrees, and is proficient in Spanish, English, and German.
Jens also serves as President of the Board of Tecnologico de Monterrey University in his native state.
