Vanja Horvat

As Founder and General Manager of Profesio, Vanja started as sales manager acquiring first clients and setting up the recruitment team.
Now Vanja steers strategy, oversees operations and focuses on EOR and PEO services. His professional passion in the Sales and Business development.

Besides leading Profesio for more then 7 years, Vanja has experience in developing and running business and teams in neighbor countries: Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Vanja grew up and had his education in Germany so his whole career he is working mostly with companies from German speaking countries.

When he is not in the office, you will either find him at home with his family, enjoying spending time in the garden, doing staff from wood or doing different DIY projects and home repairs, or spending time with his friends, in nature, mostly on fishing and diving trips.
