Deputy Managing Director of Groupe FSC, Thibault joined Groupe FSC in 2025 to support its growth and broaden its service offering.
He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience gained at the helm of some of France’s pioneering digital services and online media businesses. Throughout his career, he has led and transformed organizations in a variety of contexts, from rapid organic growth and acquisitions to strategic integrations. His executive journey includes serving as CEO of Cadremploi and most recently Fitec Group.
A graduate of Rennes School of Business, Thibault combines strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise. Having spent much of his career building, scaling and leading businesses, he brings a pragmatic understanding of the challenges faced by executives, boards, and investors.
Today, he advises clients on the recruitment of Board Members, C-suite executives, and senior leaders, particularly within the media, digital services, education, training, real estate, arts, and culture sectors. His approach is shaped by his own leadership experience and a deep appreciation for the human and strategic dimensions of executive appointments.
