Partner at FSC Executive Search, Rudy joined the firm in 2007. He has built a career dedicated to supporting organizations in their most strategic talent decisions. With nearly 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor in talent management, he focuses on complex executive search assignments, often with an international or cross-border dimension.

His work centers on identifying and attracting Experts, Senior Managers and Board Members capable of making a lasting impact. Over the years, he has partnered with a wide range of organizations, from early-stage startups to large multinational groups, including listed companies and private equity-backed businesses, with a particular focus on innovation-driven and fast-evolving sectors.

Before joining FSC, Rudy gained early international exposure that shaped his perspective on organizations and leadership. He worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mauritius and later at Burson-Marsteller, developing experience in diplomacy, communication, and strategic advisory environments.

He holds a Master degree in Diplomacy and International Negotiation, as well as a Master degree in Private Law and Political Science from the University of Paris X – Nanterre. His approach is defined by curiosity and a deep understanding of both people and organizational dynamics.
