Matija Mirkovic

Matija is Sales Development Manager at Profesio with strong focus on business development activities and leading team of recruitment consultants. He is also supporting our director Vanja in leading the company and day to day operations.

He started as recruitment consultant for IT and Tech & Engineering industry. After that he was working on projects in other industries and at the end he worked on strategic leadership and executive roles. Aside from recruitment consultant job he became proficient in sales activates and developing relationship with clients. After that he became full time sales manager and team lead for recruitment.

Matija has experience working on big international projects, bringing new companies to market and building teams from scratch.

When he is not working usually loves to spend time with his family and friends. He is very passionate about skiing.
