Laurence Jerouville

Before joining the financial sector, Laurence Jerouville worked in the Healthcare area as physiotherapist with a speciality in the Cancer practice. She has been working for more than 20 years in that field and has learned and used various methodologies such Chinese Medicine and alternative therapy. She leads the Healthcare and Bio- Medical Executive Search practice and she is also in charge of our service to clients by developing the framework (process, training awareness) dedicated to “onboarding an employee after a long absence for medical reasons”. Since 2018, she left the Healthcare industry to develop herself in the Finance and HR area. She has lived in Europe, Asia and in the USA. Laurence has a bachelor’s degree from ISCAM (Belgium) and she speaks French, English & Spanish.
