CEO of Groupe FSC since 2014, Guillaume has devoted nearly 30 years as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams on some of their most critical appointments, from Executive Committee members to C-suite executives. In his role, he is also responsible for driving the development of Groupe FSC and its activities, while remaining closely involved in key client relationships and strategic executive search assignments. What continues to motivate him is the opportunity to support companies at defining moments of their journey and to connect exceptional talent with meaningful leadership opportunities.
His experience spans a wide range of organizations, including multinational listed groups, international subsidiaries, family-owned businesses, high-growth companies, and private equity-backed ventures.
A graduate of ESC Lille, Guillaume began his career at Arthur Andersen in Paris before moving to Italy, where he gained valuable international experience in the insurance sector. These early experiences gave him a strong understanding of business environments, strategic challenges, and the realities of leadership in complex and evolving organizations.
Known for his thoughtful approach and deep understanding of leadership dynamics, Guillaume is valued for his ability to look beyond experience and credentials to identify leaders who can truly make a difference.
