Alyssa Lince Boyd graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She continued her academic studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she obtained a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She holds a certification in Digital Marketing from Columbia University and training in Applied Synergology from the Spanish Institute of Synergology.
In 1995, she founded the company Arden & Price, an Executive Search and Organizational Development firm, which she has led to date. Her experience is based on the development and implementation of programs focused on improving human resources to achieve corporate goals and the continuous monitoring of individual productivity, for both public and private sector companies.
She has been a member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama (AMCHAM) since 2017, serving as Chair of the Organizational Development Committee since 2021. In 2023, she was elected to the Board of Directors of AMCHAM for the 2023-2025 term.
She was recently recognized by Summa Magazine as one of the 150 Powerful Women in Business in Central America and the Dominican Republic in 2023.
