Robert Peck serves as Partner and Managing Principal, leading the operations of our New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami offices. In addition to his primary responsibility of leading his executive search practice, serving the real estate and financial services industries, he leads a variety of strategic initiatives across the firm in the areas of marketing, human capital, technology and strategy. As a result of his many years as a business executive in the services, real estate and technology sectors, he advises his clients with unique perspective on their executive talent needs.
Robert is also a partner in several real estate operating companies in the Midwest, West and East. Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Albeit rare, he spends his free time with his family, reading and is a lifelong ice hockey player and enthusiast.
