For more than 20 years, Debbie has partnered with some of the region’s top corporations, as well as global private equity investors in Africa – helping them find great leaders for executive and board appointments. She is currently in the US, extending Jack Hammer’s footprint to California.
Debbie is also co-founder of Virtual Coaching Partners, a unique digital online coaching platform. Her newest initiatives include board advisory support to Rebel Girls (a global multi-platform girl-driven edutainment company), a diversity study with contributors from Harvard Business School, and an international peer learning program for social entrepreneurs with Summit Series.
Her first book, “IntheFlow – Taking Mindfulness to Work”, was listed in the ‘Top 10 Best’ South African business books. Her next one, ‘The Living Room Leader’, will be published in 2021.
Debbie provides leadership coaching to Founder-CEOs, who are at inflection points with their businesses. She also delivers keynotes and workshops internationally.
Her unique style and vision may come from her somewhat unconventional background: In her ‘first’ career, she was an award-winning contemporary dancer and choreographer...whilst completing her law degree!
